In label news, we dropped 9mm Records because, well because they did nothing for us. Simple. We got some shows coming, they will be put up soon.

Today was much a great day. There was a show at Rufus' Kenricks house with Falling Short, Smiliar Way, 100 Plain White Envelopes and Last Picked. We play two songs, and as soon as we start to play "Leaving", the cops come. The end of the show.....NOT! Everyone decides.....SHOW AT SEANS HOUSE! So the bands move there equipment to Seans, people drive there, and about 30-40 kids walk from Kenricks to Seans. I was surprised how many people stuck around. So we went on, and the crowd LOVED "Leaving." They made us play it twice. "Beating the Grade" was another favorite, along with the infamous "Rockstar." Sooooo many people danced for us...Thanks! That was the best show we ever played, the most fun we ever had at a show, and most people we ever had rocking out to our music! OUR MUSIC! The pit rocked. Saturday we are playing with the Dissenters, Miasmics, and Tag Your It at the Saint in Asbury Park, stop by. Huge backyard show being planned now!

Sadly enough, today our bassist Matt F. quit the band. Things just weren't working out that well anymore. He left us without a bassist 2 days before a show. But Cailtin will fill in as our bassist for our show @ the Saint Feb 16th. We are currently looking for a new bassist and have someone in mind. So come support us Saturday and see Caitlin showing off her bass skills! We will keep you up to date with the new bassist news!

Today Ken came over and used Last Picked’s four-track recorder to record a 2-song demo. It is basically a quick recording of some of our new stuff for anyone who is interested. It includes “Rock Star (Only Looking to Score)”, a catchy pop-punk song about someone’s shattered dreams, and “For You,” a song with everything all-in-one. It contains “Sublime like” ska riffs, a hardcore chorus, and punk verses. It is on sale for only $1! To order, e-mail the band at pickup6punk@aol.com
